Due to their expansion, they are now looking for a bright and enthusiastic Account Manager with a strong commercial mindset to help the company continue to nurture and grow their diverse client portfolio. You will work collaboratively across a whole range of clients, across various cultural sectors, museums, universities, charities and museums, to name a few.

An experienced Account Manager is required to join the firms commercial team. Ideally, you'll have three or more years' experience developing digital transformation and web platform opportunities with director-level clients. As the company is scaling rapidly there is huge potential for personal career growth.

The role can be remote and/ or based in the busy London, Shoreditch or Canterbury offices and will involve some travel to events and potential client sites elsewhere in the UK. Although the companies various offices are UK based there is the ambition and serious view of expanding internationally in the medium term and longer term which bodes well for career development!

Your responsibilities:

• To ensure long-term mutually valuable relationships with existing clients

• To grow the agency's relationships with existing clients

• To grow the business we do with existing clients through creative solutions

• Identify new commercial opportunities

• To act as oversight on support projects and provide account level conversations with the client

We're looking for an experienced Account Manager who has:

• Proven work experience within a digital agency as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

• Thrives on rapport/relationship building with clients.

• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

• Energetic and positive persona with strong project and time management skills.

• Proven ability to multi-task various account management projects at a time, while maintaining a sharp attention to detail

• Proven ability to be proactive in identifying opportunities, issues and/or risk

• Confidence in working remotely with colleagues and clients

• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
