Nursery Assistant

Are you a qualified nursery nurse who is looking to work in a nursery? You must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and be able to work 5 days a week.

We are working with a nursery in Berkhamsted that are looking a new nursery assistant to join their team. This is a full time position and the hours are 8:00-17:00 or 8:00-18:00.

To be successful you must have:
- Early Years Qualification - Level 3 or above
- Relevant childcare experience (Must be able to provide 2 references)
- Eligibility to work in the UK

Responsibilities:
- Providing engaging and interactive activities for the children
- Supporting the development of your key children
- Supporting with meal/food time
- Assisting with toilet training and nap times
- Communicating with parents and carers over children's progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole nursery training events
