Telephone Dental Nurses required for work in Stockton-on-tees

Your new company

Hays Healthcare are working with an urgent care provider based in the North East, to supply Dental Nurses to work within the out of hours service. Call Centres are in Newcastle and Stockton-on-tees.

Your new role

Utilising decision support software and clinical judgement to advise patients referred into the Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) requiring input from a Dental Nurse.

You will assess the patient's condition, provide basic advice and health information ensuring that they are directed to the most appropriate service. You will also have the opportunity to triage the patient, provide general care, and give appropriate self-management advice so that patients can manage their symptoms at home.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a fully qualified Dental Nurse
A current GDC registration
Previous telephone triage experience is desirable but not essential
Good IT, keyboard and communication skills
Willing to work a mixture of days, weekends, and bank holidays
