We are looking for a dynamic individual who is able to provide the highest levels in Customer Service, to join our growing team based in Central Southampton. Working in a friendly, professional environment, you will be part of our busy, fast-paced business, and have the opportunity to progress as our business grows.

Main Responsibilities of Client Account Manager / Sales Order Processor:

* Delivering first class customer service to customers

* Responsible for ensuring that all orders are keyed quickly and accurately in a timely manner

* Establish, build, and manage strong long-term customer relationships

* Resolving order queries

* Ensuring customer satisfaction

* Making outbound calls to existing customers with the purpose of retaining them

* To liaise with other staff internally, and our external business partners

* To update relevant information in our customers' records

What we are looking for:

* Experience in providing exceptional levels of customer service - potentially within but not limited to one of the following business sectors: Healthcare/Hospitality & Catering/Education/Retail/Trades & Labour/Sport & Fitness.

* Strong computer and MS office skills

* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a problem solving attitude

* Attention to detail

* Customer oriented, genuinely passionate about providing an amazing experience through every interaction

* The ability to multitask effectively whilst keeping a high level of service quality

* Proactive and work effectively and efficiently

* Enjoys working in a team

* Passionate and willing to learn in a dynamic and challenging environment

* Ambitious and willing to accept new challenges
