A very successful local organisation require a Assistant Accountant to manage the day to day function of the Accounts Department.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the day to day function of the Accounts Department and preparing management reports

- Processing supplier invoices and employee expense claims and preparing payments runs

- Producing aged supplier invoice summary on a monthly basis for Directors

- Preparing accurate and timely management accounts on a monthly basis

- Reconciling balance sheet including AP, AR and fixed assets

- Producing detailed analysis of monthly results budget vs actual previous month
