One of my reputable clients based in Redhill is recruiting for an experienced Finance & Payroll Manger to manage and lead a small, experienced team.
This is a varied role reporting into the Head of Finance, you will oversee all operational finance activity, including payroll, for the finances of two sites.
You will also be responsible for all related reporting and for the review and approval all transactional finance activity; ensuring 'month-end' deadlines are met. In addition to this you will review operational finance and payroll processes, making recommendations for control and efficiency improvements.
This would suit a Finance Manager, Finance Team Leader, Finance Supervisor, or a Senior Accounts professional who mentors juniors within their day to day duties.The successful candidate must:
- Have previous management or supervisory experience of transactional finance staff
- Have excellent IT knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, formulas and pivot tables), these essential Excel skills will be tested before a face-to-face interview takes place
