James Adams has partnered with a market leading agency to hire a Search and Social Planner. Our customer is looking to hire a Search and Social Planner to work across one of their consumer business clients. This is a permanent position, open to any Executives working within any channel (Paid Search, paid Social and Programmatic). This opportunity gives you the chance to expand your skillset and knowledge with training provided on each channel through their omni channel training. Our customer offer candidate's hybrid working with the opportunity to work from home two days a week.

Our customer works with some of the world's most prestigious brands and help them navigate the Paid Media across Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic.

Their Paid Media team is one of the most highly rated in the industry and they repeatedly deliver excellent client outcomes with award winning and brand defining campaigns with a truly global remit. They have a great deal of industry knowledge in their team, and this is a great opportunity to not only work with some awesome customers but also learn with an experienced and high preforming team.

Our customer culture is smart thinking and clever planning to advance brands growth against their competitors. They have made a name for themselves as a fast-moving and creative business that doesn't conform to the troupes of many big agency players. Creating campaigns that move brands beyond incremental improvements and take them a leap ahead of their competitors sit at the heart of everything they do across the Paid Search space.

Specific responsibilities:

* Assist with the development and management of display campaign strategies
* Support the PPC campaign budgets
* Liaise the necessary data to present and communicate the campaign strategies
* Optimise paid social audiences, creative and reach alongside PPC keyword bids
* Support the account management and frequently recommend new ideas for campaign optimization

We'd be happy to talk to Paid Media Executives with experience in any channel, who are looking to expand their skillset in Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic from either agency side or those currently working in-house.
