Churchill Howard are working in partnership with an instantly recognisable name to recruit a Finance Manager to support a key area of the business.
The Finance Manager will lead and develop a team of accountants and analysts providing comprehensive support to the specific business area.
Responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the month end process, ensuring the highest quality to the business.
* Providing financial analysis and evaluation to aid planning, forecasts and budgets.
* Acting as a business partner as required to support the business area
* Building, leading and motivating a team and encouraging an ethos of change and improvement
To be successful, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with strong relevant experience in financial reporting, planning, forecasting and budgeting, together with the influencing and leadership skills to develop a team and build strong stakeholder relationships.
