We are an award-winning early stage asset manager and Europe's first specialist thematic ETF issuer. We are currently looking for a highly motivated self-starter, unconventional thinker and versatile person who thrives in innovative, fast paced and ever-changing environments. The successful candidate will join forces with the Head of Marketing to develop our wide range of marketing activities across Europe. The role will be broad with opportunities to develop skills in a number of areas and significant potential for growth. Responsibilities can range from establishing and implementing a state-of-the-art social media strategy, creating innovative CRM plans, maintaining and improving our website to evaluating and improving our acquisition channels (PPC, SEO,...) based on data, and more.

Who you are:
  • A natural business-builder, showcase a desire and a hunger to develop oneself, grow one's own skill-set and help grow the Rize ETF brand
  • Self-starter, versatile and able to "make things happen" no matter the situation. You need to be comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment, able to work on strict timelines, and thrive outside of traditional "corporate structures"
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, a second language is a strong plus
  • Coachable; able to incorporate feedback into performance as well as being willing to learn and deliver against expectation, accept and pursue new challenges
  • Strong analytical skills, able to review data, evaluate performance and produce constructive reports to improve our current activities (with Google Analytics, Hotjar,...)
  • Highly creative, outside-of-the-box thinker, capable of designing assets and work with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro,...)
  • Social media enthusiast, having previously managed paid and organic channels
  • Experienced CRM user, who can develop and implement a robust email marketing strategy
  • Proficient with WordPress and able to use a CMS
  • Interest in thematic / ESG investing
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role with exposure to both digital and physical marketing
  • Degree level education in Marketing/Communication is desirable but candidates from all education backgrounds are encouraged to apply

What you will do:
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy (content creation, community management, social listening,...)
  • Keep the website up to date and implement new content
  • Develop assets on your own and with our creative agency
  • Develop and implement an email marketing strategy
  • Analyse data (website visitors, ads performance,...), create reports, implement the learnings
  • Organise events and webinars
  • Get involved in the creation of our podcast
  • Create supporting materials for our sales team to pitch or promote to their network

Who you will work with:

You will be working directly with and reporting to the Head of Marketing, but there is a lot of cross-team collaboration, meaning that you will often work with the sales team and founders. Additionally, you will also be involved in the relationship with our agencies.
