Search is currently recruiting for great opportunity for an experienced Administrator who is looking for a temporary role and remote working.
Temp 3 month contract initially - (potentially extended to 9 months)
Remote Working - Equipment provided
Full Time office hours - Monday to Friday 37.5hrs
This position working for a charity organisation is perfect for an experienced Administrator who is looking for work with an immediate start. Due to some changes in the team this is an urgent requirement to provide full admin support during an extremely busy time for the department. Some of the daily duties will include:
- Managing the shared Inbox, dealing with enquires, actioning request.
- Updating internal systems with accurate and often confidential information
- Attending meetings to take minutes and typing up actions
- Producing Reports using MS Excel on a daily basis
The right person for this role will need to have strong admin experience, a flexible and proactive approach when working within this fast paced environment. Will need to have excellent IT skills, able to use MS Office but in particular MS Excel and also have the ability to learn new internal systems. Accuracy is key as is adhering to data protection when dealing with large volumes of data on a daily basis.
Equipment to work from home will be provided but you will need a good internet connection and also an area you can work effectively from home.
