Do you have residential conveyancing experience and would like a training contract?
Our client is seeking someone with 1+ years experience in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer). You'll have a strong property background and have dealt with residential transactions previously, having some involvement from instruction through to completion. Ideally you will also have new build & plot sales work along with some experience and involvement with more complex transactions.
You'll work on your own caseload of files with any help and support you require being provided by the Senior Solicitors and Partners while you continue to develop your own knowledge, skills and experience further.
You will be joining a small well-established business with long, pre-existing client relationships. You'll be involved in business development, maintaining existing client relations, and developing new ones.
Your new role will see you working on high value work in a supportive and rewarding team environment. You'll be encouraged to study to gain further qualifications with financial support to cover learning material and examination costs. Should you wish to become a fully qualified Solicitor you will be eligible to apply for a training contract within the firm.
Ultimately, you will be fully supported by the wider team and Management to reach your full potential and progress within the firm.
