Interim Finance Director

Interim FD | £120k pro-rata; 6-month initial contract term

This FTSE listed company is seeking a senior interim professional to undertake a range of tasks, overseeing both group reporting and group FP&A. There are a number of projects ongoing within the business, and the role requires a senior level finance professional with a strong background in FTSE listed firms.

The role will include:

Group Reporting (8 staff)

• Oversee group consolidation and reporting
• Manage audit relationship
• Working with treasury team on new banking negotiations

Group FP&A (7 staff)

• Group-wide FP&A
• 5 Year strategic plan
• Building strong relationships with divisional teams

Systems

• Work with systems accountant on enhancing the performance of newly implemented accounting software

Your Profile

• Qualified accountant
• Sound understanding of FTSE operations
• Strong communicator and relationship builder
• Mixture of Group Reporting and Group FP&A oversight
