Design Manager - Water Framework

We are delighted to have been exclusively appointed in the search for 4 Design Manager / Engineers. Our client, Tier 1 provider for both supply (clean water) and wastewater organisation, is highly thought of in the utility industry.

This is working within IR35 (umbrella engagement)

Day rate

12 months minimum contract

Location: South

Expected start date w/c 24th January 2022

Mainly working from home but site visits will be required and project meetings on given locations.

Responsibilities and Key Roles:

Supporting the delivery of several large projects
To lead a team of discipline design engineers in the development of clean/wastewater solutions
Provide Technical solutions and advise
Provide design solution
Create/agree to design budget
Monitor performance against budget and plan.
Forecast cost to completion
Solution development, detail design and construction support
Mentoring and development of other engineers and support Project Managers
Document design plan
Deliver on each milestone of the project
Monthly project updates, projection and make recommendations
Proven track record on delivering clean and wastewater projects in the water framework is advantageous
