Account Manager

We are recruiting for an experience Account Manager to expand our clients team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join a successful and exciting company with scope for personal development and progression.

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
  • Dealing with your portfolio of clients ranging from blue chip corporate accounts to smaller businesses
  • Offering information on products and advising accordingly
  • Dealing with any order related queries ranging from missed orders, deliver dates etc
  • Liaising with production to ensure correct information is passed onto customers
  • Offering alternative and new products to customers
  • Contacting Potential new customers and offering products available through the company
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems
  • General administrative upkeep of department

Key attributes required:

· In-depth knowledge of Account Management

· Desire and ability to build effective professional relationships

· Proven record working in a team and within an environment requiring quick response

· Ability to remain calm and composed in the face of challenges
  • Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
