Job Title: Project Manager

Overview:

Eden Brown Synergy is working in partnership with an NHS Organisation based in the West Midlands who are seeking to recruit a Project Manager. The post holder will manage a defined range of projects across a Maternity Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Programme which aims to make a difference to the way we organise and deliver services to achieve better outcomes for women, babies, and families.

Your new role as a Project Manager:

To manage a defined range of projects across the Maternity Programme generating project charters, detailed plans, risks, issues and benefits tracking as appropriate.
To lead and manage the assessment of complex organisational change issues and challenges facing the programme. This will demand high levels of judgement, analysis and interaction to agree clear solutions and recommendations that the post holder will be responsible for implementing within the remit of the defined projects.
To provide effective and innovative leadership and management, ensuring clear direction concerning service improvement and effective utilisation of resources.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

Substantial, demonstrable project management experience, including line management.
Knowledge of NHS direction and policy initiatives.
Experience in budgetary and resource management.
Knowledge, understanding and experience in Risk Management and Governance issues.
Experience in managing complex organisational change projects
