The role sits between clients and the trading team - ensuring the company develops strong relationships with clients and supports the trading team deliver the best possible campaign results.
* Pro-actively manage expectations and educating the client when it comes to best practice and campaign strategies.
* Supporting the trading team by relaying information from the client in a timely manner.
* Monitoring campaign performance.
* Supporting the sales team by answering briefs and going to client meetings in order to share your experience gained running campaigns.
* Being more commercial by developing strong client relationships and identifying upsell opportunities.
* Becoming the clients go-to, indispensable partner, where clients trust your expertise and value your input.
* Outgoing and personable.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
