Senior Delivery Manager- Hackney
£280/day
Established Agile Project Delivery Manager with ability to train and share Agile skillsets with others in the team.
Take full responsibility for the definition, documentation and safe execution of projects, engaging with stakeholders and actively participating in all phases of the project.
Effectively estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
Delivery of projects utilising Agile tools/ceremonies e.g. Backlogs, Sprint Planning, Delivering in Sprints, Sprint Retro, Show and Tells.
Ensure that project team members are motivated and inspired and develop their Agile skills and experience and to take appropriate action where performance deviates from agreed tolerances.
Identify risks, coordinate risk assessment, manage agreed actions (which may involve acceptance of risk, risk reduction or mitigations to avoid / eliminate risks), and monitor the status of risks on an ongoing basis.
Ability to lead others and challenge the status quo essential!
£280/day
