I'm currently recruiting for number of Service Desk Analysts, My cline is looking for candidates who have at least 3yrs experience working in a support environment, you will be working with a team to support government system users across the country. This role will be totally remote working from home keeping in touch with the business virtually.

Skills/Experience

* 1st line support

* ServiceNow experience

* Experience supporting VPN issues

* Supporting win10 environment

* Supporting office 365

* Experience of Microsoft - Windows 10, Office 365, MS OneDrive, MS SharePoint, Intune/MEM and SCCM

* Experience of remote access systems e.g., AOVPN, Direct Access, Citrix or the like

* Experience of using remote connection software such as Quick Assist, TeamViewer, SCCM Remote Control
