Finance assistant job for a technology company located in Manchester on a temporary basis paying up to £13ph.
Your new company
You will be joining a highly collaborative and inclusive technology company based in Manchester city centre. They are predominantly remote working and are looking for a finance assistant to help them over a 3 month period to help with the increase in workload.
Your new role
On a day-to-day basis you will be doing an all round finance assistant role. You will be operating both the sales and purchase ledger. The sales ledger you will be raising invoices and general credit control duties. The purchase ledger you will be raising purchase order, processing the invoices and also doing bank payments. You will be completing daily bank reconciliations. Along with management of company credit/debit cards as well as general book keeping duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have Xero systems knowledge experience as this will low you to hit the ground running upon arrival. Additionally having finance assistant knowledge in this role will be highly beneficial to your application as it will allow you to work from home quicker with less training provided. You must be immediately available to start.
What you'll get in return
You will receive up to £13 per hour and will be provided with training in there office. Additionally, the role will be fully remote if the candidate wants it to be. You will have completed autonomy over whether you travel into the office or not.
