The Company
An established company based near Driffield is looking for an experienced Account Manager to deliver a high level of Customer Service and build client relationships, reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
The Role
You will be responsible for the management of wholesale accounts and customer base, and will have the retail sales administrator and customer service functions reporting into you. The role will initially be office based but they may be requirements to go out and meet local clients.
Duties
Day to day running of Customer Service and Sales Admin team
Processing customer orders
Managing existing client accounts
Identifying new business opportunities
Management of customer pricing and KPI reporting
Skills/Experience
·Account Management experience
·Excellent Client Relationship skills
·Be able to identify new opportunities
·Organised
