Finance Manager

My client is looking for a Part-time Finance Manager for c 4 days per month

Duties of Finance Manager are likely to include

Post all bank transactions to accounts package and keep bank accounts reconciled

• Maintain fixed asset register

• Reconcile stock

• Prepare monthly management accounts and reconcile all balance sheet items

• Maintain a daily cashflow and update cash forecast.

• Collate and send monthly payroll information to Accountants

• Assist with company's HR procedures

• Credit and purchase ledger control including supplier payment

• Process/Submit/Pay VAT quarterly

• Prepare year end accounts and send to Accountants

The Candidate for Finance Manager

Could be AAT /QBE/Qualified and looking to add another role to portfolio

Good systems knowledge : Client uses Axis

Please note as this is not a remote role you must be prepared to travel to the office in Littlemore

Flexibility will increase as role becomes more familiar
