About The Role
Job Summary

Practice Plus Group are looking for Bank Rota Administrators for our Out Of Hours service in Worcester.

We are ideally looking for someone who can commit to 20 hours a week.

You will work closely with Operational and Clinical Teams under the management of Rota Manager whilst assisting in the
assurance, collation and production of staff compliancy reports. Assisting in the rostering of clinical and operational staff in accordance
with designed rotas and ensure all general office duties are completed.
Responsibilities

You will be required to make sure reports within the rota and compliancy team are completed accurately and on schedule as required. Contact by primarily telephone and email to clinical and operational staff to ensure rotas are populated against designed templates. Accurately record all details and changes on the rota management software to ensure downloads of information are correct whilst liaising with clinical and operational teams fully to ensure required rota plan is achieved on a regular basis. To ensure all staff added to the rota are compliant against company checks to complete associated work. Also you may be required to arrange interviews for clinical and operational staff as required.

Pay Rate:

£9.79 per hour

• Excellent IT knowledge/skills, including Microsoft Office Products
• Good organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Flexible approach to ever changing demand
• Good telephone manner
• Accurate typing ability
• Willingness to undertake a variety of duties and learn new skills

This role would suit somebody who has an existing position and looking for more hours or someone who doesn't want to work full time.
