Job Title: Data Administrator

Location: Frimley, Slough and Ascot (Cross-site working)

Hourly Pay Rate: £10.28

Hours: 37.5 (8am - 4pm Monday to Friday)

Length of the contract: Until May 2022

Grafton Recruitment are now seeking to appoint a Data Quality Assurance Administrator. The post holder will be responsible for creating and producing a number of data quality validation reports to support an improvement in data quality activity. Post holder will work with operational staff to improve quality of data entered onto Trust administration systems, highlighting training issues to the Information/Trust IT Training team where necessary.

Duties
  • Create reports highlighting poor data quality
  • Review data quality on main admin system
  • Liaise with IT Training/L&D for training in specific areas
  • Data challenges
  • Work with divisions
  • Provide divisional report
  • Duplicates
  • Cross Cover
  • Monitor support works
  • Participate in Trust induction and data quality presentations

Qualifications
  • Educated to NVQ 3 level / A level standard or equivalent
  • Full UK Driver's License

Knowledge & Experience
  • Proven ability to analyse/audit data held on electronic systems
  • Proven ability to use Microsoft packages
  • Proven ability to translate, analyse and communicate complex information to users of data, internally and externally
  • Experience of using the Internet for accessing external web sites
  • Ability to prioritise workloads & meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a structured & systematic manner
  • Numerate
  • 1-2 years' experience of interpreting data using different information systems
  • Proven experience of dealing with staff at all levels
  • Experience of working with IT systems
  • 1-2 years proven knowledge of using Patient case notes and relevant policies & procedures
  • 1-2 years proven knowledge of the Patient Administration Systems
  • Proven knowledge of the Data Protection Act/Freedom of Information Act/Caldicott guidance
  • Organized and methodical
  • Ability to travel within Thames Valley boundaries
