We are looking for a Head of SEO to work in a Digital Agency in the Midlands.

BENEFITS:

Salary up to £50,000 dependant on experience, flexible working from home, 29 days holiday (including bank holidays), sociable and relaxed working environment, regular team outings and pensions scheme.

We are looking for Head of SEO to head up a team of SEO consultant within a digital agency based in the midlands; you will be working with a variety high value clients from a multitude of different industries on campaigns worth over £10k per month. This is a hands-on role, so we need someone with experience working on full campaigns from creating strategies , to implementation, and ongoing analytics.

As the Head of SEO you will be leading and mentoring a team of SEO Consultant, therefore any previous experience of heading up a team would be advantageous.

The company have been around for around 20 years, and are a leading Full Service Digital Agency working with a range of clients providing solutions such as Marketing, Websites, Web applications and web hosting services.

Happy to be flexible on working from home however they would like someone who would come into the office at least once a month, which are in North Birmingham.

MUST HAVE:

At least 4 years' experience in SEO
Working on multiple clients at any one time
Strong experience across SEO and CRO tools such as Agency Analytics, Screaming Frog and Ahref or similar
Great written and verbal skills
Excellent Analytics stills and high attention to detail
Team-player with a positive approach to workNICE TO HAVE:

Experience / Managing / leading a team of SEO Consultants
