Our client is expanding and they're looking for a new account manager to join the coolest team in Manchester. This agency has gained an impressive client portfolio where you'll be working with some of the biggest named brands, teaming up with start-up companies right through to global brands, delivering results through cutting- edge, experimental social storytelling.

In this role you'll be the main point of client contact, responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships. Communicating the clients needs to voice their brand and deliver exceptional results. Therefore, we're looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic candidate with account management experience who can represent this dynamic agency highly.

The successful candidate will gain the opportunity to grow with this agency as it storms the social scene, as there is huge potential to progress.

Role responsibilities:
  • Managing the development of the junior members of the team.
  • Forecast and track client account metrics, ensuring KPIs are on track.
  • Identify and react to evolving client needs.
  • Discover new opportunities to grow business with existing clients
  • Operate across multiple clients to proactively manage delivery timelines with supporting teams across the agency

Ideal candidate:
  • Prior Account Management experience
  • Skilled in Digital Marketing and Social Media practices
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client facing experience
  • Ability to guide and manage members of a team
