This is a new role, focused on ensuring the environment is safe for colleagues returning to the office. The role will be the visual reminder on all measures that have been taken to ensure the colleague's safety. You will manage a team of coordinators.

Client Details

Our client is a leading company within the Banking industry, based in Knutsford.


The key responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client's representatives; promoting the Company and development of services.
  • Maintain regular contact with all employees within their area of responsibility
  • Ensure that all team members are appropriately inducted, trained and developed. This responsibility includes identification of training needs, recommending training programmes, monitoring and evaluating the effect of the training given
  • Plan and allocate work to ensure effective use of staff and equipment. Compilation of rosters in conjunction with personnel on site.
  • Ensure that standards are consistently achieved and maintained. Carry out regular daily audits on standards and due diligence documentation.
  • First port of call for all colleagues in terms of questions, concerns and needs and offer support in times of uncertainty.
  • Ask routine questions of well-being, encourage use of sanitiser wipes, supporting the cleaning team and reminding about distancing through the building.


The successful candidate will have/be:
  • Two years related experience in a corporate environment or hospitality related field preferred
  • Computer literate - confident in Microsoft applications
  • Great telephone skills and verbal communication
  • Must be customer focused, organised, and professional
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Job Offer

Contract till April + £26000 salary + immediate start
