This excellent Finance Administrator position is based in Stockport. The position advertised is on a temporary role, with an hourly payrate between £9.00 and £10.00.

Client Details

Our client is well established Charity, that is committed to provided Support and Social Care Services for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs.


The key responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to;
  • Assist in the effective running and co-ordination of finance administration
  • Input data into spreadsheets and reports and to ensure both are computerised and manual written into a filing system
  • Answering to all phone and written enquiries
  • Ensure all information on systems are accurate and up to date in relation to data protection
  • File correspondences and other related paperwork
  • Taking telephone payments
  • Managing caseloads of clients with responsibility for credit control
  • Complete general administrative duties such as filing, archiving, faxing and maintaining records


The successful candidate must possess the following skill set and experience;
  • At least 1 years experience of administration or finance background
  • Good communication skills written and verbally
  • Experience with financial systems and other software's such as MS Office
  • Able to organise, prioritise workload and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to attend training courses and events
  • Good telephone manner and approachable to all internal and external employee
