This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to join a successful, driven and dynamic local business.

My client are market leaders within their industry and currently offer a range of services to businesses, charities and colleges across the UK.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a number of key accounts. It will be your responsibility to maintain and build excellent business relations. You will liaise with clients to understand their requirements and will oversee multiple client projects, working closely with stakeholders and internal teams.

This is an exciting role and a great opportunity to establish yourself within a welcoming business. The successful applicant will very quickly become a key member of this team and will work alongside a committed group of individuals.

The Job - Account Manager:
  • Key account management - handling 15-20 key clients, managing day to day enquiries and overall account activity.
  • Arrange and carry out regular service review meetings.
  • Oversee client projects; taking briefs, providing quotations and coordinating work with internal teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all projects run smoothly and on time.
  • Update internal systems and client files.
  • Identify new business opportunities with key clients and introduce them to new services.
  • Identify new sales opportunities with both new and existing clients, working towards revenue and business targets.
  • Build and maintain excellent relations with key clients.

The Individual - Account Manager:
  • Previous experience in sales and account management.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • An ability to confidently and professionally communicate with both clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
  • Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail - accuracy is essential within this line of work.
  • A team player with a winning mentality.

  • Great working hours, 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (with some flexibility if needed)
  • Excellent rate of pay - £30,000
