The Junior Account Executive / Account Executive will be joining a close-knit team of relaxed and friendly people -egos are a no go here and warmth and authenticity is welcomed!

About the Junior Account Executive / Account Executive role:

This hands-on (Junior)Account Executive role will report into a PR Account Manager and will work across lots of lovely drinks clients, mostly within the upscale wine space. Your role will include:
  • Collaborating with the events team on special projects and initiatives
  • Supporting on press office activities including, organising coverage, and visual assets and drafting press materials
  • Pitching interesting news stories and creative story ideas to journalists to drum up coverage
  • Supporting on the coordination and organisations of press events and trips
  • Tracking all media coverage and updating this section of reports
  • Contributing to creative brainstorming sessions

Who the ideal Junior Account Executive / Account Executive is

The ideal person could be a super passionate first jobber who is excited about starting a career in PR or an Junior Account Executive (or equivalent) seeking a step up. In addition you should:
  • Be experienced with or interested in the world of drinks (wine is a plus!)
  • Ideally have some internship experience or work experience which demonstrates an interest in PR
  • Be a confident and strong writer with demonstrated examples of your writing
  • Be creative, come up with out of the box ideas that will interest journalists and clients
  • Be a true team player who sticks their hands up to help when no one else does
  • Be exceptionally organised - you'll be working on various events this summer and need to be able to hold your composure when things are busy.

In return, the Junior Account Executive / Account Executive will receive:
  • Salary of circa £20-24,000 dependant on experience
  • 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
