Our client based in Jericho are currently looking to recruit a Administrative assistant This role is to start as soon as possible, proposed end date: 01/07/2022. This role will be 30 hours a week, (Mon-Fri).Duties include:
- Reception, meeting & greeting patients
- Infection control cleaning
- Answering the phone, answering patient queries and taking messages
- Booking appointments/making clinical notes on an electronic health record system
- General assistance with clinic stock and clinic organisation.
- Assisting patients into and out of clinic rooms.
Good written and spoken English, as communication is key to the role. Administration experience.Desirable skills:
