Our client based in HemelHempstead is looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant to help them through a busy period for 2-3 months.
The role will involve getting involved in lots of aspects of the function and be perfect for someone who has a couple of years experience who is immediately available and looking for work locally.
The company is going through exciting growth and even though the role is initially purely a temporary assignment its a great chance to showcase your skills in case anything permanent arises within the next couple of months.
The main responsibilities:
- Processing invoices
- Allocating payments
- Preparing and making payments
- Producing Adhoc report
- Related finance administration
- Query management
- Submitting VAT return statements
- Supporting the Finance manager
