We are looking for a temporary Payroll and Finance Assistant to work for a busy and thriving organisation based in Oxford. Some remote working available.
About the Role:
As Payroll & Finance Assistant, your duties will be:
* Assisting with the Organisations finance records
* Running the monthly staff payroll on Sage database
* Maintaining and managing financial records and facilitating payments
* Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
* Preparing monthly department accounts
* Assisting the Head of Finance and Resources with producing year-end accounts
* Experience in a similar role or AAT 4 qualification
* Must have Sage 50/100 experience
* Good standard of numeracy and literacy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Temporary, full time position to start ASAP
* Office based 2 days a week, 3 days at home
