Payroll Administrator - Newcastle upon Tyne
Eden Brown Synergy are working in partnership with a leading government organisation based in Newcastle upon Tyne. We are looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator to assist in the provision of transaction processing services to one or a number of clients. You will be responsible for providing a routine service responding to routine queries, issues or circumstances. Your new role as Payroll Administrator:
As the Payroll Administrator you will process work including making calls, answering telephone, emails, queries and taking messages. You will resolve queries and escalate as necessary, maintain and update information held on the database and maintain records for audit purposes.
The Experience & Qualifications Required:
You will have excellent attention to detail, deliver a high-quality customer services, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to navigate around and understand use of relevant systems. Previous knowledge of payroll and providing a service to a large government client is desirable.
