My client is looking for a bright Account Manager with excellent attention to detail to join their team. This is a new role, within an ambitious team and perfect for someone looking to progress their career and expand their skillset.
They have a hyrbid working set up with a mixture of office-based and home working. Their offices are based near Oxford Circus.
Responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the lead point of contact for all account management matters - Building and maintaining strong client relationships - Onboarding and training new clients - Data analysis - Assisting client requests and issues - Managing feedback and meeting reporting requirements - Offering creative solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - High attention to detail - Can do approach - Resilient - Proven experience in an Account Management role - Able to demonstrate an ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders - Experience with Excel and/or Gsheets is a plus
