Group Accountant

A leading player in the property & housing space based in the heart of London are looking for a dynamic Group Accountant to join their team!

This role will report directly into the Financial Controller and will get great exposure to senior management and the wider operations teams. It's a great opportunity for someone looking for a mix of management and financial reporting in their next move with a well-established and recognised brand within the property and housing sector!

Responsibilities of the Group Accountant will include;

- Owning the management accounting process for SPVs;
- Reviewing legal documents and loan schedules;
- Providing financial support to internal property and investment teams;
- Performing analytical reviews on JV management reports;
- Assisting with tax compliance;
- Other ad-hoc requirements

The idea Group Accountant will be;

- ACA/ACCA/ CIMA qualified or equivalent;
- At least 5 years experienced in relevant position;
- Knowledgeable in IFRS, FRS 102, VAT and CT;
- Attentive to detail;
- Be able to multi-task in a face paced environment
