Intercompany Accountant

My client is an International Digital Agency looking for an Intercompany Accountant to join their Finance team on a temporary basis

This role will report into the Financial Controller and Finance Manager.

• Full responsibility over ICS, uploads and clearing mismatches each month
• ICS reporting at month end
• Maintaining Cartesis codes on customers/vendors and resolve any changes prior to publishing deadlines
• Intercompany billings to other operating companies globally and reconciliation of costs and recharges
• External billings when required
• HSBC GBP bank postings for payments
• Reviewed aged customer reports and chasing outstanding debts.
• Various monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Monthly Sub ledger reconciliations
• Maintaining fixed assets register and monthly reconciliations
