We are excited to be working in partnership with a leading Creative and Digital Marketing Agency in the Northeast. After an impressive 12 months of trading, our client is currently on the lookout for an exceptional Account Executive to join their client services team. This is a truly exciting opportunity to join one of the most exciting Digital Marketing Agencies to come out of Newcastle.

Working closely with the Account Director, you will be responsible for:

• Being the first point of contact for a portfolio of clients
• Building and creating long-term client relationships
• Resolving client issues and concerns in a timely manner
• Gaining a thorough understanding of clients' businesses as well as the markets they operate in
• Taking briefs from clients and owning them through the delivery process
• Supporting clients through new web projects
• Producing reports and evaluations for clients
• Attending client meetings

The ideal candidate will have:

• Agency experience
• Previous experience working as an Account Manager/Executive
• A real passion for all things digital
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong analytical mind
• An understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
