Finance Assistant - temp to perm

I am urgently seeking someone keen to get into finance/ with strong administration skills to work for a leading business based in Weybridge. This role would suit someone keen to learn that alsready has some administration experience.

Client Details

My client is an international service provider. due to developing new products and services, they are growing and therefore need to recruit an additional person to support their finance team. This will initially be a 6 months temporary position, however has scope to become a longer term role.

Description

The role will involve, but not be limited to:

• Supporting with expenses
• Supporting with AP and payments
• Inputting financial information into the system
• Dealing with contracts
• Generating reports
• Dealing with queries

Profile

To be successful in your application, you will:

• Be a clear communicator
• Able to manage a busy work load
• Be able to start at short notice
• Have a desire to work in finance/accounts
• Have a background in either accounts or administration
• Have strong systems skills - excel, word, outlook
