Background

CafePod was set up in 2012 by two friends who wanted to bring energy and excitement into the world of coffee at home. Covid has changed the world and the coffee landscape and with more people than ever drinking coffee at home, we are well positioned to help usher in this new era. We've got some amazing products already within our portfolio and a whole host of great additions on the way. Our ultimate ambition is to be the UK's go-to brand for coffee at home.

The role

We're on the hunt for a superstar Brand Manager who is passionate about coffee and eager to get stuck in. You'll be responsible for managing creative content on the brand, with the aim of driving awareness, acquiring new consumers and continuing to engage existing consumers.

  • Own the expression of our brand guidelines across all media touchpoints, acting as a brand guardian and making sure we show up consistently well.
  • Manage our creative agency in the production of web, email, social, PR and other content that supports our brand campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Be responsible for community management of our social channels.
  • Ensure we have the best possible launch plans for new products across our website, social channels and through PR, including the creation of pack renders and lifestyle photography.
  • Manage Brandbank and take responsibility for the ongoing accuracy of the product information we hold and share with others.
  • Manage annual entry of our products into the Great Taste awards and the seeding of results into our content plan.

Key competencies
  • Proven experience in brand management within FMCG
  • Track record of delivering brand growth through great content
