Harpar Grace are the exclusive distributors for iS Clinical Cosmeceuticals, luxury spa brand, CODAGE and Totally Derma Nutraceutical drink supplement throughout UK & Ireland & Déesse PRO LED Light therapy on a global basis.

The role

Brand Manager - iS Clinical + portfolio

  • Marketing and Brand management of the IS Clinical brand in the UK & Caribbean
  • Marketing and Brand management of the CODAGE & Totally Derma portfolio in the UK
  • Support the Head of Marketing / Marketing & Digital Director on the brand management of Harpar Grace International
  • Execute the brand marketing calendar across all marketing channels, both B2B & B2C
  • Support the Sales Director with Marketing Materials for the Caribbean partners & new openings
  • Support Marketing & Digital Director with management of digital agency and platforms
  • Manage External trade and consumer PR agencies for the brand
  • Event Management and execution
  • Marketing Campaign performance and recommendations to fuel future strategies
  • Market/partnership mapping opportunities
  • Achieve brand consistency across all campaigns and activations regardless of touchpoint
  • Lead in ideas on how to grow the brand in our priority markets
  • Budget Management & forecasting
  • B2B & B2C Marketing experience essential, preferably within the Luxury, Beauty, Aesthetics or Wellness industries
  • International brand management/marketing experience ideal
  • Copy writing & hands on content creative experience would be ideal
  • Min of 4 years experience in a similar role

Package outline

  • Up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Annual profit bonus
  • Company Pension (after 3 months)
  • Private Healthcare (after 6 months)
  • Holiday - 30 days including Bank Holidays (increasing by 1 day each year up to 5 years)

  • A minimum of 4 days in the office per month
