Service Desk Team Manager
I currently have a great role for a Service Desk Manager to join my FS client in London for a 6 month contract. My client is investing in their IT and currently have many projects ongoing... so it is a great time to get involved!!
Candidates are able to work through their Ltd company, candidates will be expected to work 3 days onsite.
The Desk Side Support Manager will join a leading banking client and work on an exciting project where you will manage the banks DSS & Hardware Partners, and work on delivery and change projects.
Responsibilities for Service Desk Support Manager:
Assist and manage the banks internal DSS team efficiently.
Establish processes to work with the ITSM Process teams, Service Desk and EUC 3rd line for gold builds on the project.
Manage IT asset disposals and the lifecycle deployments of Hardware devices and accessories, this includes 1000 laptop & 1800 mobile deployments
Implement a minimum standard for DSS set up, and represent DSS to ensure that all purchases and project changes are operable
On occasion offer floorwalking and support for the current M365 project.Essential Skills Required
Previously worked on Office Relocation projects or Data centre migrations
Excellent understanding of DSS and VIP support
Worked on various projects of Desk Side Support processes and technologies
Strong stakeholder management experience, able to manage teams and third parties.
