• Advising on trade mark filing strategies
• Clearance searches
• Filing and prosecuting UK, EU and international trade mark and design applications
• Due diligence
• Prosecuting and defending registry actions, including trade mark opposition and cancellation matters
• Negotiating settlements
  Trade mark portfolio maintenance matters, including advising in connection with renewals and recordal programmes
• Solid on-line research skills and knowledge of on-line trademark search databases
• Preparing and supervising domestic and international trade mark filings
• Working on trade mark disputes, cancellations action, renewal work and maintenance
