Serve Talent are working with a successful manufacturing business to recruit a Project Manager for their facility based on the outskirts of Thetford, Norfolk.

Reporting into the Head of Projects and working alongside the wider Engineering team, you'll be responsible for the management of various Engineering projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Overall management of assigned manufacturing contracts of engineered products across the whole life cycle.
Liaise with clients, sub-vendors, Engineers, Project Buyers and Shop Floor Supervisors to discuss and resolve technical, production and commercial issues.
Attend on / off site client meetings as required by the company.
With the assistance of Engineering team you'll ensure that all designs meet the project requirements in line with company certification, local and international standards and regulations.
Ideally you'll have:

A drive to be successful with any task you are given.
An engaging personality with an infectious attitude to succeed.
Have some experience gained from a background in either: logistics, quality, manufacturing, engineering or other similar fields.
