HR - Project Manager - SAP - Change

Seeking a heavy weight in the SAP & HR Implementation space.

This is a lengthy assignment and can be done remotely, if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • All aspects of Project Management for the HR centralisation project
  • Business process change management for the HR function
  • Leadership of the technical solution design
  • Resource management including business leads and IT delivery teams
  • Vendor management of the solutions partner
  • Stakeholder management, including the Steering Board and senior business managers
  • Financial management of the project budget
  • Project benefits definition and tracking (to ensure ROI is achieved)
  • Management of HR training delivery and testing activity
  • Transition management of the project into live service, ensuring service acceptance criteria are defined and delivered
  • Project reporting

Specific Requirements:
  • Proven track record in the delivery of enterprise-wide projects
  • Ability to drive complex business process change through the organisation
  • Experience of SAP Success Factors (or comparable product)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Vendor and contract management
  • Financial management
  • Excellent communications skills
