HR - Project Manager - SAP - Change
Seeking a heavy weight in the SAP & HR Implementation space.
This is a lengthy assignment and can be done remotely, if needed.
- All aspects of Project Management for the HR centralisation project
- Business process change management for the HR function
- Leadership of the technical solution design
- Resource management including business leads and IT delivery teams
- Vendor management of the solutions partner
- Stakeholder management, including the Steering Board and senior business managers
- Financial management of the project budget
- Project benefits definition and tracking (to ensure ROI is achieved)
- Management of HR training delivery and testing activity
- Transition management of the project into live service, ensuring service acceptance criteria are defined and delivered
- Proven track record in the delivery of enterprise-wide projects
- Ability to drive complex business process change through the organisation
- Experience of SAP Success Factors (or comparable product)
- Ability to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders
- Vendor and contract management
- Excellent communications skills
