A new year is upon us, and with exciting plans for company expansion in place, we now seek an experienced individual to join our Technical Excellence team in the role of Product Training, Quality & Safety Manager.
Located in London, this is a full-time permanent opportunity, operating from both remote and office based locations
This is a truly instrumental role within our business, requiring someone with existing experience in delivering product training, coupled with sector relevant quality and safety assurance training
A key focus for the role is to maintain BRITA Engineering & Quality Standards, ensuring all on-site working practices are maintained in-line with all local, BRITA HQ and onsite ACOP/Legislation whilst complying with the latest Health & Safety guidelines.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and evolving our BRITA Vivreau UK product training skills matrix, which supports continual learning and development. This evolves through identifying product and working standard quality improvements, focusing on long-term goals through the implementation of short-term initiatives, that lead to improved customer experience and overall business financial performance
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and will be confident and competent in articulating technical and non-technical information. It is essential that you possess extensive product and field service knowledge and experience

The salary offering for this role is £35K - £40K + car allowance + company benefits
