Where you'll work: This role is based at the College's Dartford campus, with travel to the Gravesend, Hadlow and Tonbridge sites as required.

Your hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday), 52 weeks per annum.

Your pay: £19,000 per annum (Tier 7 Spot).

Working within North Kent College's finance department, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a finance assistant to join the growing team.

The postholder will be jointly responsible for the data entry relating to the Sales Ledger/Cashier and Purchase Ledger systems.

This could be the role for you if:

you have experience of working in a finance role at assistant level

you are AAT qualified at Level 2 or above

you have excellent IT and administration skills, and the ability to maintain in house systems with absolute accuracy.

It goes without saying that we need you to be a team player and an excellent communicator, able to maintain a proactive, organised approach to your work, and of course an eye for detail, whilst working to challenging deadlines. The ability to maintain focus and quality of service delivery at all times is key.
