We are currently looking to bring into our team a contract Project Manager to manage multiple projects in the logistics sector for a minimum of six months.
*while this is a contract role, it falls inside of IR35 and the successful candidates will be employed by us directly on a fixed-term contract
There are two roles availabile with immediate starts, both offering a degree of hybrid working
The client, based in Northamptonshire (as well as having other sites in the UK) is looking to bring in expertise to support them in various warehousing and logistics based projects that will be covering areas such as new depot openings, fitting out of new premises, implementation of watehouse management systems, and stock migrations, including other projects relevant to growing businesses in the field that are opening new DCs and retails spaces.
Ideally, candidates will be coming from either supply chain, warehousing or 3PL backgrounds and will be qualified project managers who have experience of managing several projects concurrently, and having had full control of both governance and delivery of their portfolio.
As this is a growing business, excellent communication skills are a necessity, as are the people skills to bring people together to make projects and implementations smooth, efficient and successful.
The successful people will have a recognised project management qualification (Prince2 or equivalent) as well as demonstrable evidence of successful project delivery.
