The role will provide support to the learning and development function in developing e-learning modules and delivering L&OD events. You will take a lead and be point of contact for the apprenticeship scheme and levy, providing first point of contact support to both the provider and learners. You will actively promote and embed the learning culture and new learning opportunities.
- Use a range of consultancy techniques, including coaching, to build and maintain proactive partnerships with Line Managers to develop engagement with and access to learning and development opportunities. Ensure opportunities are communicated effectively to all managers and colleagues.
- Employ a range of facilitation techniques to develop staff to their full potential and support their ability to contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives
- Conduct development needs analysis, research appropriate and innovative methods to deliver, embed and measure the value of learning, designing appropriate solutions and event delivery.
- Create and curate digital resources such as e-learning, videos, infographics, articles, podcasts etc., ensuring currency and relevance to individual, team and organisational needs
