As a result of continual growth since their inception but particularly over the last 12 months, I am recruiting exclusively for a Finance Assistant role within the UK's fastest growing electric vehicle charging specialists based out of their office in London Bridge on a hybrid basis.

As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts and managing the associated queries and requests for those clients, as well as processing invoices.

Further key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Verification of tax information
  • Investigation of slow approvals
  • Tracking, reviewing, approving, and issuing invoices
  • Defining invoicing data types and maintaining databases
  • Assisting with adhoc projects within the Accounts team

You will ideally be degree educated (studying an accounting related course) and have 18 months + experience within a similar accounting role, with experience ideally in reviewing invoices and verifying tax information. You will be highly organised and detail orientated by nature but have a great communication style to match the team. You will be proficient in the office package as a whole as well as confident using an invoicing software (ideally Xero).

This Finance Assistant position is a permanent role based out of their London Bridge office on a hybrid basis (2 days' per week in the office and 3 days' per week from home), offering a competitive starting salary + a great benefits package including study support for the successful profile.
